1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled home collection or lab visit time. Cancellations made within the 2-hour window may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.
2. Refund Processing
For prepaid bookings that are successfully cancelled within the permitted timeframe, refunds will be initiated automatically to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
3. Failed Samples
In the rare event that a sample is deemed unfit for testing (e.g., hemolysis) and a redraw is not possible or declined by the patient, a full refund for that specific test will be issued.
